Shoe Size Guide

Find your shoe size

Use this guide to compare common adult and children’s shoe sizes. It includes EU, US men’s, US women’s, UK and foot-length references. Shoe labels and conversions vary by brand and model, so use a product-specific chart whenever one is provided. Pakistan does not use a separate universal shoe-size scale; shops commonly list EU sizes.

Measure your feet

1. Measure at the end of the day

Feet can spread during the day. Wear the socks you plan to use with the shoes and stand on a hard floor.

2. Measure heel to toe

Place your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper. Mark the end of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres. Measure both feet and use the longer measurement.

3. Check the chart and fit

Compare your foot length with the closest row. Foot length is not the inside length of the shoe. If you fall between sizes, have wider feet, or want extra toe room, try the next size up where available.

Children’s shoe size conversion

Children’s sizes are especially different between brands. Use the foot length and the product’s own chart as your main reference.

Size systems and shoe types

  • EU sizes are common on footwear sold in Pakistan and Europe. Check the size printed on the product or its listing.
  • US sizes are usually labelled separately for men, women and children. Men’s and women’s numbers are not interchangeable.
  • UK sizes use a different number scale from EU and US sizes. Treat the chart as a conversion guide, not an exact promise of fit.
  • CM or JP sizing is based on a length label. Compare it with your measured foot length and the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Running shoes may need a little extra toe room for movement. Casual shoes, formal shoes, sandals and boots can fit differently even when the label is the same.
  • Shoe width may be labelled narrow, standard, wide or extra wide; some brands use letters such as B, D, 2E or 4E. Width-letter meanings vary, so check the brand’s own width chart.

Fit tips

  • Measure both feet while standing and choose the size for the longer foot.
  • Leave a little space in front of the longest toe, while keeping the heel secure and the midfoot comfortable.
  • Try shoes with the socks or insoles you intend to wear. Your toes should move without pressure.
  • If one foot is noticeably wider, look for a wider fit instead of sizing up too far in length.
  • Conversion values are approximate and can vary by brand, style and production. The size options and fit notes on each product page take priority.
